Menu of the First Week

Breakfast

Lunch

Dinner

A pair of boiled eggs, vegetables or any light vegetable salad; lunch menu alternates with the dinner menu. This means that if you ate meat today for the lunch, then the next day the meat should be consumed for dinner. On Wednesday, the meat can be substituted with fish, vegetables and alternate fruits.

A pair of boiled eggs, fruit – grapefruit or orange to your taste; one day at lunch meats can be substituted with cheese, and on Sunday to make a hearty lunch and dinner with meat, salad, vegetables and oranges (grapefruit).

Menu of the Third Week

Menu of the Fourth Week

There diet must be taken in small quantities. Among the products: meat, fish, vegetables, fruit are the best resources. Always eat boiled eggs. You can also use cottage cheese or cheese, yogurt and toast.

Mandatory Conditions

Seek advice with your nutritionist on the subject of devotion to the eggs.
Prohibited products during egg diet plan are: potatoes, bananas, grapes, figs, mangoes and dates.
